Jamie has a love of story - not only her own origin story as an adoptee which is shared in her book, “The Tree Began With Me,” but she had her work included in Bridging The Gap’s “Wonder” devotional for their 2024 conference season. She feels deep joy in writing, especially on topics that women care about like marriage, blended family life, parenting, and also about health and lifestyle while keeping the focus on Jesus in her writing. Similar to her joy in writing, Jamie also loves to take the ideas on paper and speak on those topics as well. In her childhood, she was a natural performer through dance and theater. She has on camera commercial work in her portfolio as well. Additionally, she has been on numerous podcasts, sharing her story and encouraging others through it. She has spoken at her own book signing events along with emceeing various women’s ministry events, moderating panel discussions and leading workshops related to adoption/adoptees.
