“When the way you live pleases the LORD, he makes even your enemies live at peace with you.”

About Jamie

Thank you for taking time to learn more about me and the services I offer. I’m truly sorry for the current conflict circumstances that have brought you to me. However, my desire is to empower people as they resolve conflicts with the hope of real relational restoration. This desire stems from my own story as a Korean adoptee, my own journey through divorce and the family court system, and re-married life along with a blended family.

When I am not connecting with people in my work, I am enjoying time with my husband Lucas and our three daughters. We are blessed to live on a recreational lake so much of our summer time is spent boating and doing water sports. I serve on the board of directors for the non-profit, JSAW and support small group and women’s ministry at North Star Community Church. My services are used to teach and support alternate discipline options at local middle and high schools which allows students to develop empathy through the circle process. I volunteer to support mediation and restorative practice for families within Anoka County in partnership with a local non-profit. I love a good run, a thought provoking book or podcast, and a great cup of coffee. You can learn more in my “other passions” section.

My greatest joy comes from seeing the transformation in people’s lives when they dig into their own story, gain new insights, and change the future that was bound by hurtful narratives. This challenging work is the greatest gift one can give themselves and all those who enter into relationship with them in the future.
